Reiki is a complementary Japanese stress reduction and relaxation technique that supports the body's natural healing capabilities.

It is non-invasive, cannot harm, and works to balance life's physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual areas, regardless of age, background, or belief.

While lying fully clothed on a massage table or
seated in a comfortable chair, the practitioner
feels the energy with his/her hands around the
head, shoulders, upper body, abdomen, legs,
and feet.​
The practitioner then places their hands in various positions on or near the client's body, with the intention of directing healing energy to the client's energy centers, or chakras.
The practitioner may also use gentle touch, visualization, or breathwork to enhance the flow of energy.
