My Reiki Adoption Healing Path
This article written for the Crazy Wisdom Magazine shares the path that I took to connect with my birth daughter. Reiki supported me every step of the way with use of my daily self practice to stay calm and focused on a path that was filled with trepidation and uncertainty.​​ Through my daily self-practice of Reiki, I was able to stay calm and focused, even in the midst of difficult emotions. Reiki helped me to release any negative energy and stay centered on my path towards reconnecting with my birth daughter.
