  • The nature of Reiki

  • The history and meaning of Reiki

  • The Reiki Ideals

  • Gassho meditation

  • Byosen scanning

  • Hand positions for treating self and others

  • Reiji-Ho: using inner guidance to know how and where to treat

  • Kenyoku: Dry bathing, a method to purify your energy field

  • Practice time is given so students will know from experience how the energy works.

  • You will receive the 178-page Reiki I/II class manual, “Reiki, The Healing Touch” by William Lee Rand.

  • How to discuss with friends and family what the healing benefits of Reiki are and how it works.

  • The class combines lectures, discussion, attunements, meditations, and experiential practice in a well-organized and relaxed class.

  • Placement (Attunement) for Reiki I is given.

  • You will receive a Usui/Holy Fire® III Reiki Ryoho certificate-Level I.

  • You will be qualified to practice Reiki for yourself, friends, and family upon completion of this class.
